Returns Policy
Buyers Remorse: If you wish to return a purchase for any reason then please email us within 28 calendar days of receiving you order to let us know. We will respond with a delivery address for you to send the returned item and once we have received the item (and confirmed the product condition is as new) we will then process the refund within 3 working days.
Note that you will receive a refund confirmation within 3 working days however it may take longer for the payment to be returned to your account - this is beyond our control.
Note that regarding the condition of returned products we are only interested in the physical product itself being in perfect condition - it does not matter if the packaging is damaged or missing :).
Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange customised products although at our discretion we will endeavour to resolve: for example, you have ordered a customised tamper but specified the wrong sized base - in this instance we would work with you to provide a replacement base that will fit your machine.
If you want to return an item please email info@ninthphase.co.uk and we will arrange the return with you.
Defective Products
Please inform us of any damage to your purchase within 28 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement, return or refund at our expense.
Please inform us within 12 months if the product develops a fault and we will arrange a replacement, return or refund at our expense.
