£31.01 and up - Signed for delivery, free of charge

Europe according to Royal Mail

£0.00-£75.00 - Tracked and Signed 3-5 Business Days £10.00

£75.01 and up - Tracked and Signed 3-5 Business Days FREE

Rest of World

£0.00-£75.00 - International Signed 5-7 Business Days £15.00

£75.01 and up - International Signed 5-7 Business Days FREE

 

Delivery Methods:

Small parcels are delivered by Royal Mail Signed for delivery.

Please allow up to 3-5 working days for our standard delivery service. 

All larger sized deliveries are made by courier and somebody must be available to sign for goods on weekdays between 08:00 and 18:30.

Shipping Policy:

Non customised orders received before 12 noon will be despatched within three working days.

For special deliveries (such as next day or Saturday deliveries) please contact us to discuss possibilities and costs. For international orders, timing and costs are available on request and depend on location and export regulations. Ninth Phase cannot be held responsible for loss of revenue resulting from late or delayed orders.

It is our policy to carry a large quantity of stock items. However, due to unforeseen circumstances we may from time to time, be out of stock of your desired item(s). In this event, we will advise you immediately and give you an approximate delivery date of your order balance.

Customised Products will be despatched within 5-10 business days from order placement.
